Oh wow, I enjoyed it way more than R1. I was expecting it to be equally as hard, but it felt fantastic. β€οΈ
The weather helped, no doubt. A tiny sprinkle of rain at the start of the first 10 minute run was most welcome, together with a cooling breeze.
I ran with my daughter. Well, we started together and she literally ran off, ran back, looped me etc! My dog would have had more of a workout with her, thatβs for sure! π
Second 10 minute run was nice too. Eeek, just realised there are no more walking breaks from now on! π³ However, I feel confident that Iβll be ok for the 25 minuter on Thursday, but I wonβt be complacent. Iβll let πππ crawl past me as slow as they like! Iβve got this! πͺπ»πͺπ»
Hope you all have a lovely day today, whether you're running or not! πββοΈβ€οΈππͺπ»ππ»

Congrats on finishing r2!!! Also very glad to hear it wasnβt so bad π. As for no more breaks this actually does make me nervous a little but Iβm sure itβs just more my mind playing games with me. Well 21 hours till my run π
Youβre right, itβs all mind games. Canβt wait to give the 25er a go on Thursday.
Enjoy your next one - donβt forget to let us know how it went. Youβll be fine! Just settle into your favourite pace and the 10 minutes seem to fly by! ππͺπ»πββοΈπββοΈπ
Well Done !! I did my Wk6Rn2 this morning and found the same as you, much, much better than Rn1, felt really good, although I must admit my pace was so slow a snail could pass me, but I'm hoping that will improve, roll on Friday, looking forward to it now
Well done you too! Oh yes, Iβm sure I saw several snails sprinting past me too! πππππ Thereβs no hurry though - weβll catch βem one day!
Good luck with R3. Mineβs tomorrow. ππββοΈ
