Well that was different

I have been doing the ct5k on a treadmill. However I’m on holiday and decided to repeat week 4 on the roads where I’m staying. Didn’t realise it was so hilly 😂 but I did it. My first outdoor run. Think I may be doing more when I get home. Although I won’t have the rolling hills and scenery of Yorkshire when back to London

Great job... the transition isn’t always easy. I’m sure you can find some nice places to run when you get home!

You’ll enjoy running outside! Ok so London isn’t Yorkshire, but there’ll be tons to look at. Not as dull as a treadmill!

Well done with your hills too. 👍 Not my favourite, but there are always a few in my way and I can’t do a great deal about it! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I am in London and empathise with your situation. Take comfort in the fact that you will meet other runners. A shared smile, a knowing look are all it takes to add a bit more fun to the run.

I'm the other way... Graduated with outdoor runs. Now trying the treadmill and finding it tough ! U will have different views in London but all adds to the variety! Happy running
