Completed week 3 woo hoo

Well I have finished week 3 now and looking forward to week 4 tomorrow.

I had a look at what's to come and there's a couple of 5 minute runs which feels a bit scary. Will give it my best shot. My new running shoes are definately helping.

They’re not scary... your doubt is looking at them... let your belief look at it instead. You can do it. Great job so far.

How did you find week 3 , I have never run before and I am in my mid forties, I have just completed w3r1 and it was really hard work, does it get better ?

It is surprisingly more easy than I expected. I have never ran before but am enjoying this programme. Keep at it. 😊

I'm starting week 4 tomorrow...I too found week 3 hard work, especially day 3 run but I put that down to getting over a small hangover... 😬 It seems to take longer to get rid of when you're 44
