Week 5, run 3 just completed and I can't believe I've done it! So delighted when I consider where I was 5 weeks ago at the start of the programme. It absolutely works, so far anyway, so stick with it if you're starting out. Onwards and upwards, heres to week 6 xx

Thats Brill. I've just done wk5 run 1. was shattered at 30 seconds on wk1. I even had a quick 6 min run the other day (didnt have time for a full session so just walked ran walked & didnt count it as part of my C25K wk 4).
You'll be at 30 minutes before you know it. Hope the legs are ok.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
