I ran for 20 minutes! I have found that I need to extend my warm up walk to 10 minutes- really helps my knees to loosen up.

It was absolutely fine! So much thanks to Jo Whiley - what a wonderful coach she is.

I ran in the rain and came home feeling warm and energised.

Well done! The 20 min run is such an achievement. Be careful the next runs though, unbelievably, the interval running/walking can be much harder so keep it slow.

So interesting! Was disappointed to see that I have a shorter run to do today- feeling all revved up! Shall follow the plan religiously.
