All going against me today. Woke up with very sore throat and blocked noise. Went to work at 6am -12 and we had a really busy day. Busted but still pulled on the shorts and trainers, stopped at local park on way home and away I went. Won't lie it was tough but I did it and I ran when I was meant too. Full 5k in 34 mins. (beyween walking and running) That's with a sore throat and blocked snout ....

Week 5 run 1 and proud

Good time for your run Johnnylewis considering you had a sore throat, a blocked nose and after working for 6 hours, good for you.
By the way, I was a spectator at my local annual 10K this morning, the winning time was a fantastic 33 minutes
33 mins wow. The only time I'll do 10k in 33 mins is in a car. That's some pace
I just looked up the 'OFFICIAL RESULT' of the Cumbernauld 10k that I was a spectator, his winning time was 32 minutes 45 seconds (32.45) Many of us here on C25K would be very happy to run a 5K in that time.

Fabulous Johnny! Many wouldnβt have bothered feeling like you did - but you did it, and now you can feel righteous! Well done. ππ I loved W5, it was the one which made me really believe I could complete the programme. π
Good luck and happy running! πππ

Great time Johnny... youβre smashing it.
