So tonight I completed week 2 and my walk is now the speed of my jog from week 1 ! So pleased with how it’s going. Don’t get me wrong it’s not easy but I will not give up

That’s great... the faster walking will really help later on, keep that up... it’s my weakness.

Good job on increasing walking pace! I'm trying to do the same, but approx half way through I'm noticing that my walking become slow again.
