Well done. Yes you should be pleased! First of all you went out there. AND you didnt give up when you had an 'excuse'. It is sooo easy to skive, i am the best at justifying giving up on difficult stuff.

1:1 is a bit of a killer - it shows you just how unfit you really are ! This isn’t a mad dash to 5k: it’s a chance to build up your fitness gradually. You literally can’t go too slowly, as long as you go ! Happy running 😀😀
