It was an awesome run and I ran through the whole cool down as well and finished 5k in 38 mins! I am so happy!! This Forum is amazing and so supportive ! I always took all the advice and ran and it paid off. Thank you so much for being so fantastic!!

I graduated yesterday it's a fab feeling isn't it. There's a thread called September graduates just comment on there and you should get your badge. Not got mine yet x

The word "Graduate" should appear on the right side of your username Granniemand once you have told the administrators that you have ran W9R3.

Well done! Me too. It is a great feeling and I am so grateful for this superb programme and all the support here. Was inspired by my very unathletic but determined daughter. She had 2 strokes 7 years ago and decided to do the Great North run for the Stroke Association last week. She ran in under 2.5 hours and has made me realise I can run too. Just not quite as far!
