Graduated again

I've done it (again). I'm so pleased with the fact that I have completed the c25k programme. I did it last year and then had to have 10 months off after an operation and other issues. I used today's park run as my wk9 r3 and smashed my pb at the same time. The programme works so if your just starting out trust it completely. Now to consolidate before moving on to bridge to 10k 😀

Wow! Well done you for graduating in the first place, coming back and doing it all again! It must have been hard to have to put running to one side after your first achievement and then even harder starting again! Well done!
