Grad run attempt...

Well been here for 3 days and still no sign of rain.... 😃

No real running routes as such, you can run alongside the motorway, the tread in the gym or along the beach.

Well the sand coupled with the humidity at 7:30 made for a sticky run.

Covered 3K in 30 mins, didn’t count the warm up / warm down trek down 50 odd steps, mixture of walking and pootling as couldn’t run well on the sand, guess the next one will be in an air conditioned gym, shame as I prefer to run outdoors.

But the good news is toe is fine 👍🏻

Not sure where you are but looks lovely - definitely preferable to run outside.
