Enjoyed that! Explored a new route suitable for running in the dark and found a good flat circular route I think! I found the middle run harder than the last one! 🏃‍♀️

Good job. I like the sound of flat and circular, fine recon! I found the same... I think the last run always feels good to be in.

I never thought of it like that but yes, more relaxed by the last one I guess

Well done! I did it today. Found the last 5min tougher though. I was thinking how on earth am I going to manage 8min on Sunday, never mind 20 next week!

Well my thoughts were very similar! I’m walking 8 miles for a charity walk tomorrow so I’m having a rest day on Sunday and running the next one on Monday. Let me know how you get on on Sunday!

Walking 8 miles? Fantastic! Don't get confused and start running! Which charity are you walking for? Hope you have lovely weather for it.

Forecast is okay. It’s a moonlight walk for the local cancer care hospice. Doing it with some girls from work. I think it will be hard not to want to run some of it just to speed it up! 😂

Just to let you know, run 2 was brilliant! I did it with my sister-in-law and my 5 year old and I could have kept going! Even chatted a bit sometimes! She didn't mind going slower than her usual pace (she's done a 5k pb if 33min!) and it was great! Bring on run 3! X

That’s great to hear! My 8 mile walk was great and we had a decent pace (it took 2hrs 20 mins) I’ve had a proper rest day today and definitely felt like I needed it. Can’t wait to run tomorrow. I’ll let you know how mine goes! Xx

Fantastic! I meant to ask how your walk was. Unfortunately, I seem to have succumbed to the lurgy that my kids have been harbouring for a week... Dosing myself up in hope of being better by Wednesday.

Enjoy tomorrow's run!

Urgh, my other half has that but I’ve managed to escape it so far. Hope you feel better soon xx
