Completed W9R2 surprisingly comfortably today, granted on a treadmill, but the weather is a bit unpredictable in Northern Virginia. The 5K I planned to run Saturday has been cancelled so I’ll run a local route if the weather holds. Can’t believe how much I’ve improved over this program and will miss MJ coaching me. Good luck everyone and keep up the great work!
