Back on track at last!! I began this process in April but after several injuries, not all running related, I have at last started to progress again. Completed w6r3 this morning. When I started this I never thought I would be able to run for 25mins. I also seem to have got rid of the 'I need to stop gremlins' which is a big relief. Feeling really good about it all now😊😊

Fab job, took me a while to get rid of those gremlins - they only poke their heads in every now and again now and tend not to be so persistent as they were in c25k days - thinking I may need try up the distance a bit over winter so expecting them to come and stay for a bit again. Onwards - you can see the end in sight now and have done the worst

For the first time for a while I really feel I can do this now! I even upped my pace briefly at the end of the run. First time I have had spare capacity to do that☺
