Lol, I graduated in May and then really struggled to find the best way to consolidate those 30 minute runs......my Mum became ill ( she’s ok now) and holidays came along, the bottom line being that I haven’t run for nearly two months.....but this morning I dragged myself out of bed and managed to run for 20 mins.....I was so relieved to find out I could still run at all......I am looking forward to getting back into a routine. This morning made me realise just how much I’ve missed it 😀
