Pride comes before a fall ! Was so happy to manage week 4 run 1

But rubbish today at run 2 will repeat it but feeling deflated !!

Hey you're doing it! Think how many people aren't. Listen to your body, you can't always be 100 per cent. Stick to the programme, avoid fatigue and injury and you'll get there. Give yourself a reward for trying don't beat up on yourself!! 😊
