That was a hard run one more to do how am I going to cope with the step up in wk5 😩any advice !

Slow and steady are the 3 words that you'll ever need. Slow and steady. Keep saying that over and over and it'll be fine. It's hard but so rewarding.

I also like to time the runs in song minutes. So a 5 minute run would be 2 songs, an 8 minute run would be 3 songs and the 20 minute run is 6 songs!! Worked a treat for me!!

Thats funny as that is exactly what I did !! I was always very happy when I reached "pump it' with the black eyed peas!! I knew I'd reached my 30 mins at that point -phew ,lol
