So week 4 run 2 ohh myyy. Really struggled with the last 5 minutes!! I don’t even know why..I wanted to do it...but I was finding it really hard going. I was hardly jogging! Did my first wk4 on Wednesday and just about managed it! I do feel disappointed. But. Not going to let it get to me. Better luck next time. And even if I feel I have to do it 4 or 5 times before I feel happy to move on to week 5 I’ll crack it. 😃

Success is getting out the door and you did it! The rest is practice and consolidation. Take a rest day and then have another go. It all builds stamina, which is the whole point. 👍 Soon you will be smiling. 😊
Thanks Granspeed . My last ‘run’ was on Wednesday - but I went to work and back on my bike yesterday - so maybe it was down to that. I just couldn’t dig deep enough today. Yes I’ll plan to do it again on Monday 🏃♀️👍🏼 And hope for better 😃
Also, don’t forget that everyone has some “hard run” days for what appears to be no special reason. Sometimes a sniffle appears next day but often ... nothing! It just happens and the key seems to be not to take it too much to heart. Hope the next round is really good in compensation. 😄
