Have been getting daily inspiration from this forum which has been very helpful.
I'm 44 and have always thought that I'd take up running one day. That day is upon me and I never thought that I would say that I'm looking forward to running around enfield.
I'm on week 3 and have been enjoying getting out. Part of the fun is to check my app on completion to see how I've done.
Here's to another half hour on the streets tomorrow.
