Hi I've just restarted the program and completed week one yesterday, I definitely saw a gradual improvement. I'm onto week two next and the added run time is freaking me out so prepared to repeat this week maybe.
Determined to graduate and loving running in slightly cooler damper weather as I'm a complete sweaty Betty ๐คฃ

Hi welcome back to the programme! Great that youโve completed W1, and that alone means you have the ability to complete W2 and beyond! ๐๐
Please donโt feel scared! Your body will have been prepared for its next challenge. The programme is clever that way. Just embrace your inner snail and slow right down if you feel youโre struggling. As slow as you like, just resist walking. ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐
Youโve got this. You really have! And weโre here to cheer you on! ๐๐๐๐๐
Hi there and well done! I agree with CheekyChipmunks - take it s๐l๐o๐w๐l๐y and trust the programme. The work you have done in Week 1 is already changing you, so that your body is ready for week 2, and in my experience this happens all the way along. Certainly for me, the things stopping me from running were in my head not in my legs. Just trust the programme and you can do it.
Scared ๐คทโโ๏ธ Of what exactly ? Donโt be! Itโs fun. One foot in front of the other. Itโs not root canal work ๐. Itโs a walk in the park with a few quicker bits thrown in ๐๐๐โโ๏ธ
Just carry on and get out there and do it, and hey, if you can't run the full time walking is fine. Time on your legs is the main thing, just repeat a day where you couldn't run the full time. Go slow, don't get fatigued, don't get injured. You can do it. Good luck!!
