I completed the 20 minute run but my chest felt tight (no pain) and breathing felt a bit restricted for about last five or six minutes. Any thoughts on this, should I be worried or is it part of the process so to speak.

Your breathing was enough to get you through it! Keep an eye on this, if it’s the same next run it’s probably worth a check up. Can you slow down a little?

Good job on that run.

Slow down... and then slow down more... relax and try to land lightly too... drop your shoulders, shake out your arms... breathe gently and just go with the flow:)
