Had to wait a week between runs due to an ankle problem. Planning to do R3 on Saturday if it is ok over the next few days but it was good to be back out in the park this evening

Good call resting the injury, and great comeback run Dave. Let’s hope there’s no reaction so you can close this out soon.

I had a week off at precisely that point, week 8 run 2. Wasn't injured exactly but knees were feeling it, I wasn't fully recovering between runs and they were getting harder and harder (even though by that stage they aren't increasing in length much) so I knew I would get injured if I didn't rest. The rest did me good, I definitely ran better after it.

Yes I’ve found that having two days between runs has been better for me. The main thing is that we are getting there and I feel a whole lot better overall for doing it
