I had exhausting and very busy day. Regardless, I managed to complete the run with my dog. Despite so many distractions: maintenance people on the football field, another dog, phonecall from my chiropractor, million of thoughts, dry sensitive throat, headache ...
For a last hour at work, I was gathering my motivation, all my whys and what fors. I looked for inspiration here and on Pinterest. I don't know what was the main one, but it did work
Enjoy all your runs, even those not so great. As they all are worth it and bring us power, patience, milage, de-stress, and health. I conquered all my weaknesses! Even for a moment, I was shining, I was example mums are showing their children. My self confidence is (a bit) higher than it was this morning
So keep running! Keep being happy!

It's amazing how such a simple activity can help our mental health, isn't it? I think that's one of the main reasons I got kind of addicted to it and I believe that I will continue or come back to running all my life.
Brilliant IgaT , you never cease to amaze me....your will power is strong, even when you’re not feeling 100% once it’s in your head to go for a run, you go...& always see the benefits of it! You’re right too, even when it’s not so good a run, you bank the stamina & milage, go you!! xx 👏🏻😉🏃🏼♀️💪🏻
I need to push myself hard to step out the door. Then, there is nothing else to do than do my best and enjoy the bet I can.
I think the main reason why I managed to get out there, was accountability, as I've written on this forum my W2R1 Monday. So, what could I do? When you say something to your family, out keep your words
I've banked 4 of 27 runs, which is 14% of programme completed
