Commendable.. but listen to your body and stay safe..
NHS guidelines for runners..
"If your symptoms are not severe and you generally feel OK, then you can go running. If you feel absolutely rotten, then it's best not to go.
However, it's important not to run if you have a fever. A fever is when your body's temperature is 38C (100.4F) or above and is rarely a symptom of a cold."
I'll take that under advisement, floss. Hopefully, I'll perk up over night. I don't want to miss any training days, my last is on Thursday so I can have a couple of recovery days before the run.
I know!!! I know....Imagine me.. halfway through HM training.. then a 10 week no running at all!!!!! stint until my MRI results were through... and now.. back on a build up towards 10K again... !!
You can do this... just be sensible and if all feels well then go for it
