You just need to use your music app to play what songs you want and then start the C25K
Youll still hear the music but when the trainer speaks the music will fade slightly then resumes once shes finished speaking !
I have created a playlist to add more upbeat music as music is emotive the more upbeat - the more you move or the quicker you become!
Regarding music, on my W3R1 this morning with Laura as my coach(I'm repeating this run as I was off running 🏃 for 5 weeks due to a slight injury) I was very surprised that music started to play just before my 5 minute warm up walk ended, I was offline and wondered if by mistake my 'roaming mobile part of my Smartphone' had been accidentally switched on, anyway I had no time to check the phone before Laura told me to start the 90 seconds of running🏃. So the music was on 'offline' for 15 minutes of the 20 or so minutes I was out this morning before it stopped. I checked my phone once the run was finished and found that the Mobil data had NOT BEEN switched on accidentally. 😊
I use music podcasts as I don't want to hammer my little data I get as these play offline x
Yes just as Misslovely says, set up a playlist of songs which will keep you moving at a steady pace. Then play your music before you start your c25k app. Happy running
Ditto W4R1 done tonight. I have downloaded Spotify (free version) you get 30 mins of advert free music and you can search songs in various ways) Not sure what happens after 30 mins as thats all the time Im out exercising atm But the app works well and the music quietens when Sarah talks. I love it so far. Ps well done on your run too.
Thankyou all for suggestions and well done to you too souly47
