Music to suffer by!

I'm only in W2, and at the moment it's not too bad as ole Sarah M is spouting off quite regularly to break any monotony. However I can see as the time periods increase there will be long silences when I may get fed up.

I do have some great music on my iPad but for the life of me can I find away to get this music onto my Samsung phone.

I was warned when I bought an iPad not to as Apple will prevent me from doing anything other than on IOS devices.

Does anyone know a method of getting my music, which I've paid for, from iPad to Samsung phone so I can have some company on my runs?

Thanks in anticipation.

Can’t help, I’m afraid. I am "all iOS".

But you can get Spotify for free and that works on pretty much everything, and nearly all of the music you have bought will be on there. I stopped buying music and subscribe to Spotify and can access it across all devices (even my Xbox when I’m playing, mixed in with with game sounds).

I’d stick Spotify on your phone and see how you go.

Sorry can't help. I now just subscribe to spotify. Money well spent! Works on my pc, tablet and phone. Got lots downloaded so I can listen to it without Wi-Fi. I had the free version for a while but the paid for version is tons better.

Spotify is free if you don’t mind listening to a random a selection of your music. Otherwise it’s £15 a month for a brilliant service that lets you customise your playlists for any smart phone/tablet you have

You’ll need to access your iTunes account from a laptop, but then you should be able to access the raw files and transfer them to other devices

I love Spotify! Magic how it susses out your musical tastes and offers you a “Daily Mix” too.

I started off with the free version, but now subscribe. Money well spent.

Looks like I'll give spotify a go.

Does the mentor timings work over music?

If you’ve got the app, then yes, Spotify (or any other music) will play with the app and it quietens as your coach comes in to talk :)

The BBC iplayer radio app works well with the C25K app too.

Can't help with the iTunes but I just used the radio and Sarah butted in when she needed to.

I've just finished downloading some Desert Island Disc podcasts, my new trail has a lot of old railway bridges which interfere with the radio.
