My fat twin

At just under 5 feet tall, l should weigh around 8 stone. In fact I weigh exactly twice that. I’m not doing C25k in order to lose weight but to get fitter and set a better example to my kids. I know that losing weight won’t make me a different person. So I have decided to relabel my fat: from now on I shall regard it as my evil twin. Meet Ethel, everyone. I hope you’ll be seeing much less of her in the future !

Thanks, Scott33. You’re not related to the bloke in Thunderbird 1, are you ?

I am, but we don’t talk after the mix-up with Lady Penelope and the baby oil 🙄

😂 that's fantastic! I too am on the portly side, so i shall call mine Eustace Postlethwaite! May our evil twins shrink and disappear in time!

Love it ! Maybe they’ll meet, fall in love and start a new life in a fatter land far away . . .

Definitely ! 😁

ButtercupKid.. i love your posts! They make me smile ;)

I too have an extra person hanging on for dear life to me, but is gradually shrinking. I'm at SW and while it was helping the weight at the start (not so much now?) the running is definitely taking many inches off instead and I'm happy with that as it's more noticeable😊Now to figure out how to get rid of my bottom spare tyre, (that's mainly where my twin resides), the stubborn witch.. 🤔 keep up the good work x

Glad to help in any way I can ! The only answer to a fat twin is a combo of healthy eating and increased movement, so it’s great to have C25k to help ! Good luck with shedding your own fat doppelgänger, Sweetpea x
