New on here and finding these posts so helpful. Have just finished week 1 and was debating whether to repeat it as I am shocked at my dismal level of fitness. But have decided to try week 2 on Wednesday and keep going forward. Am pleased with myself though at finally getting going and am enjoying it more than I thought!

Happy running!
Well done 👍. I repeated quite a few of the weeks. No rush to get to the final week. Take your time. I’ve completed it now and love running. Was very hard at the beginning but love running now. Good luck with your journey cx
Hi jelly bean I'm on week 6 run 2 and what I have found is have faith in the app they know what they are doing and you will find each week hard ,
However after each successive week you look back the previous week and think I can do that easy now,
So chin up and keep going , make sure to get some good running shoes,
Look on the asics site and they will tell you what sort of feet you have and what running shoes you need, I'm still paying the price for starting on rubbish shoes ,
Thankyou - yes I had rubbish trainers and after the second time I got a pain in my ankle, not bad but thought if I didn’t get some decent shoes it would be a disaster. So went and got some decent ones and felt much better the next time - also spending the money is even more incentive to keep going!!
Stick with the programme as it works! Some.of the runs will seem easier than previous ones. When I looked at the programme before starting it seemed very disjointed, but it really does work. You can do it!
