Wow it's been a couple of weeks of fun and games. Busy with work, kids back to school, but been keeping going.....or trying to.
Had my first epic fail - W6R3 went to go for the first 25 mins and literally locked up after 2 mins!! Legs wouldn't move, was a bit breathless so stopped and went home.
W5R3 was epic! Really pushed myself to do the 20 mins, felt great afterwards, then W6R1 was a bit of an effort, thought I was -better- than that!!
W6R2 went ok, actually had recovered well before the walk ended and was raring to go again. Wish I knew how....
Then W6R3 fail. Went straight back out the following day and ran the full 25 mins. Took some effort but I felt great about it!
On to W7R1 and it was less of an effort, but still an effort, feeling much less daunted about it but still a bit nervous.
It really is a roller coaster huh?

It’s a trial run (what you term failures). Keep at it you can do this. It’s mind over matter.
Remember to warm up really well, hydrate , hydrate and hydrate. Yes it’s a roller coaster of emotions. But so worth it when your at week 9 and think how did this happen.
