Nothing demonstrates how much this programme has changed me by the fact that I got up and ran for 25 mins in a Saturday morning! What is happening to me?π
My challenge now is to run a proper circuit and not wimp out of the long climb home, it's not so steep, just hard to keep on going uphill in the last ten mins. Tried the back stitch method as recommended here and that really helped. Onwards and upwards.

Glad the back stitch method helped, I was delighted when I found out about it. Saturday morning running, who knew it could be a delight?
jeez, that is commitment. I am just faffing about trying to work up the enthusiasm to De-guest the guest bedroom. So far coffee and C25K forum is winning
Hills? What are they?! Well done for tackling them. Weekend running, who would have thought, I like it best at 6.30am on a Sunday cos there's NO one about at all! If anyone had said to me I'd be up running at that time in the morning before I started I would have laughed in their face. Well done, sounds like you are doing great
Simple - just run up the hill for a bit then run back down then run up a bit further and down again andso on - the lovely jancanrun talked about it in one of her great posts and it does build up strength. Not clever enough to pin a link to the relevant post!
I'm no expert but I'm trying it when faced with a hill I can't run up in one go! it all depends on your strength - how do you feel about hills at the moment?
