Hi Neil, I have just joined the c25k forum, started tentatively on pooch to 5k this morning 😊 if you are interested, I have been on the weight loss forum since January, & have lost 4 stone - there is great support there, if you want to get on the healthy eating road 😊 I will be turning 50 next year, God willing, that's one of the reasons for trying to be a better version of me 😉
