Nope... sorry....but well done anyway :)

Now you know you can reach Week nine and do those 30 minute runs:)

Certainly not!

The graduation criteria is to run three 30 minute runs preferably in a week, but to jump there from W6 would be foolish.

Continue through the programme with slow and steady progression or you increase your injury risk considerably, which could lead to no running at all.

We normally advise C25kers to stick to the programme while doing parkrun. Too much too soon is a common recipe for disaster.

By the way.......... well done!

Ha! I did a similar thing in my careless past. Look out for a pinned post here about 'how to get injured without even trying'. That was for real. Don't do that.

Btw. Very good time but you are weeks away from graduation.

I wasn’t being serious about graduation. I will be sticking to the plan. Perhaps still doing a parkrun though don’t hate me

Victoria Parkrun is one of the flattest I believe. My local is Wallace - much, much more undulating! I did City park in Lurgan today. Nice course, not too hilly and a complete circuit which I liked. Finished in just over 36 minutes which was a PB for me ☺️. I've seen you posting and wondered if you were from Belfast given your username.

Yeah it’s pretty flat the whole way, 1 wee gradient about half way round. If I can get under 30 mins at Victoria Park and get properly graduation runs done I’ll start trying others. Really fancy the Portrush one for a bit different
