Well folks. I have finally gotten over a bout of illness and donned the trainers again today (a long 4 months)
I have started off at week 2 (for no other reason than I thought I would be capable of doing it).
As I thought I would do, I started off at too fast a pace but quickly settled down.
As much as I have always hated interval running I really enjoyed that. Couldnt have picked a better day to start back.
Heres hoping my training goes as well as last year.and I get back to where I was.
