Needing advice I know I’m starting with a cold so should I run in the rain as it’s throwing It down ??

If it is all above the neck and you feel fine..it's just wet..and you will dry😉

It’s fine. Cap and a lightweight run jacket, both cheap as chips Have fun. 👍

Rain is really refreshing, and a great relief after last months hot weather. (Excuse number 15).

Only an excuse if it’s a head cold though. Chest colds are more of an issue for running, or so I’ve been told repeatedly on here. Like Oldfloss says - IF it’s above the neck and IF you otherwise feel OK then you can run.
