I have my twenty minutes e run set for tomorrow and I am dreading it! This is both enjoyable and been a bit of a rollercoaster between my knees at the beginning and my ankle has started now 😩. I was so proud of my two 8 minutes yesterday but did not find it easy at all! How did you all feel?

Did my 8 min yesterday, I don’t running, I struggled but I did it, I may repeat it before R3 but good luck, think if you can do 8 you can do 20 it’s all mental now I think anyway 👍🏼
Keep it slow and keep it steady..if you do that, each run is just another run. Different than the one before, but one you are ready for. Relax, trust the programme and know that you will do it If you are struggling, slow down, and then slow down more

I did it yesterday and I'm still amazed ! I found it much easier than what my own doubts had convinced me to prepare for. Don't worry too much, if you've got this far on the programme then you're ready for it ! You've got this !
I’ve been running since February. I don’t enjoy it, everything always hurts but I love myself once I’ve finished. It’s worth it for that feeling.
I never thought I would be able to do the 20 min run, but I did it, very slowly. You can do it. This programme does seem to be working. I am on W6 R2 tomorrow which is a surprise in itself. Go for it. It doesn't matter how slow it is, just keep moving. It is not as hard as you think. Get some good tunes on.
