Week 4 run 1 in the bag 💪🏼

WOW...I can not actually believe I have just ran for 16 minutes, who ever thought that was even possible!

I’m not sure what’s happened to me I feel like a new woman, A few weeks back I couldn’t even run up the stairs with out feeling as though I was going to die so this is huge for me.

I found it hard but not to the point where I felt I couldn’t do it if that makes sense? I’m extremely proud of myself & I’ve got to post it on here. because nobody else gets it 🙈

The being able to run is an achievement, however for me it’s the willpower & proving to myself that I can stick to something.

The strong mind is the biggest factor in this... and you’ve got that down for sure. Great job so far... you’re not far from going to just running, and you’re ready for the next step. It is a challenging plan, just being able to each time is what it was designed to be... 9 weeks is not long for this transformation, it has to be tough. And of course, if you can do this, you can do anything.

Keep going... you got this.

Well done. You are well on track to being a runner. It sounds like you have caught the running bug. The positive aspects of this programme are on both physical and mental health. You are doing great 👏👏

Well done. You smashed it. Yes it is hard work but the benefits far outweigh all the bad stuff. Yes we sometimes all feel like not going out. I do at least! But I think once you get out there and get it done you feel brilliant!! Woo hoo 😁

That's brilliant. Look at your post after your first run and you'll see how far you've come. I'm just back on the programme after doing a 10K about 10 years ago - but I still remember the buzz of running 7k in training and feeling great - I wanna get that back! That's what your feeling - so just keep it up!!
