This fresh morning air certainly wakes you up and the warm up walk is getting faster! No problem once the trotting begins though π³
Today I tried my hand at a spot of trail running in my quest for new longer interesting routes. Thanks to a brilliant site i found, plotaroute.com I was able to plan a lovely varied route of road, canal (including aquaduct), riverside nature reserve and a couple of bridges. Apart from damp feet due to the dew it was a great run and one I'll add to my repertoire. Due to terrain and then a music hiatus I did have to slow down (even more than usual before anyone says it π).
Which brings me on to music..what does everyone use? I've just had a trial on Amazon Prime but it keeps bugging out on me (user error?). At home I use YouTube but not sure how much data that would use on a run?
However by then end of my run I was running into the sun with a big smile on my face. Have a great Friday everyone x

Amazon prime is good, and you get tv, which will have the odd running documentary on, and free postage on all your running gear!
I use Apple Music, many use Spotify. I guess any of the three are perfect unless you have obscure music tastes and then some research may be needed as to which has the stuff you want.
Thanks unfitnomore, Prime..for runners! I need to spend a bit of time sorting this out as it was awful today when it all went quiet and I was fiddling about with the phone trying not to drop it but needed distraction.
I guess Mr Franklin was correct..by failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail π€
Don't knock it till you've tried it..I have and I'll do it again but only where there's a clear path..no off piste! Is Apple music just for iPhones? I'm an Android gal π
