I did w1r3 last night, i was surprised when she said the 1st 60 seconds was up i could have easily kept going, by the last 60 seconds i was tired but still didn't feel like i needed to stop. I'm really surprised when i did w1r1 on Sunday i couldn't finish the last couple of runs how can it change so much inn less than a week

Wel done!

Your amazing adaptive body is responding to the stimulus of a carefully structured training plan.

Stick to the plan and in a few weeks you will be running for 30 minutes non stop.

Well done. It is a great programme, but you've learned how to do the runs. You'll get better each week and quite soon find the struggles of week one a distant memory.

Keep going the podium beckons.

That is fabulous.. really well done. Always try to finish with a little bit left in the tank! If you can do that with all the runs you will be doing fine...:)

That’s fantastic, this happens often as the weeks go by. And trust me one day everything will click and you will wonder why you never did it before! Keep running

You’re experiencing the double whammy of your body adapting so much faster than we think it will, and a knowledge that you can do it. Great job on week one... image what 8 more weeks will do! Enjoy week 2
