After having a tiring but fantastic weekend I went to sleep seriously doubting that I would get up in the morning for my run at 5.30am. However when that alarm went off I surprised myself and got it done. Roll on W2R1 on Wednesday!

Well done you!! I did my third run of week 1 at 6am so I'm right with you!! Keep up the great work! I feel like collapsing while I'm doing it and on top of the world when it's done and I've got those beautiful ticks on the app!
