Well I was so much more organised tonight!!! Had a small bottle of water, a towel, moved a fan into room (treadmill for me!) and had music on. Had to tell myself to keep going about halfway but negative thoughts only lasted about 3 mins thankfully and there I was red faced and all finished - never thought I would do this but onwards I go yay

Check this out for great advice... then...maybe...head outside for your next one... no need for fan.... ( save electricity) , no need for towel..( save on water in washing machine).. stay cool... ( evening air)... and on you go
well done wk1 is definitly the hardest week im only getting into the stride now so deffo keep up the good work and tell them negative thoughts to p**s off 😋😋
