At least another week of 30 minute runs then looking at a park run I think. Not sure after that. Can’t quite imagine trying for 10k yet a while.

Sounds good. I done my first parkrun last Saturday and will be doing them weekly. The organisers and volunteers are brilliant.

Next run is W9R3 😁. Planning to finish on this Saturday's Parkrun; have done a couple of 5ks (PB 52 minutes lol 🤣🐌)
