I did not want to run today but I put on my clothes and trainers and turned up at my local spot. I started warm up and wanted to turn back, then 90second run, “okay I’m just 90 seconds and I’m leaving “I said to myself but I carried on and on until the end. I was emotional when I had finished (and late for work) but I had done it. I felt great at the start of the week but today was mentally hard.

Great job... you got yourself out there and through it... and onwards to week 4. Hopefully your boss is understanding, you may have been late, but when you’re fitter there will be less chance of you having days off. In fact they should let you do it all on their time!
