Ta.... few days off now as itβs my birthday so needed to get this one done. Next run Monday I think... lots of walking planned though so not total laziness π€£π€£π€£π€£

Thank you..... it will be fabulous to graduate, I set myself a goal of running 5k by my birthday but injured myself and had to take 6 weeks out... but I know I will do it and thatβs the main thing πͺπ»πͺπ»πͺπ»
