This is my second attempt at reaching 5k which I never progressed beyond 90s of running.
It’s good to get up and out of the house at the early hours and it sets me up well for the day. However I’m still struggling to run at a pace that consistently enables me to do 90s. I’m doing g more than I managed last week but not sure if I should move onto week 3 or stay at week 2 until I manage it properly.
Any suggestions? Also looking for good tips on breathing and pace.

I would say that you should remain on the run until you can do it precisely as set out. They are challenging runs and sometimes you hit a wall... that the time to work work work until it’s done. You can do it.
Follow the link.. slow and steady and just breathe... you do it all the time If you slow down.. you will complete each run... try it
Don't let the past stop you from progressing ...you will hear it from everyone.. run slow and steady and then slower still if need be ... as slow as you need to complete each run ..
Believe in yourself and the program .you CAN do it ..
