After 4 weeks of no running after an ankle sprain, I was dreading this, but I’m so pleased I gave my ankle plenty of time to heal - I made it through and even enjoyed it 😊. First run in the rain too.

I much preferred it to running in the heat - also the rain hides the sweat!
