So I decided to incorporate my run into getting to gym last night, I just ran out of hours to do otherwise. I'm enjoying week 3 more than the first 2 at the moment, that 3 min run and the break up with the 90s seems to make it go much quicker. Felt energised more energised for my gym class too!

I agree with that, as the runs get longer the time does seem to fly. Those first two weeks seemed tougher, but they set us up nicely.
Good run, and I’m a little impressed you could workout straight after.
