Feeling good, on the first 8 min completed my first KM in about 20 years, on the second section beat my time for the KM by 30 seconds and ran 150m futhur, for the first time had somethi g left in the tank at the end. A bit more confident about the 20 mins in 2 days, would like to run tomorrow but sticking with the program. Feeling chuffed. Keep going everyone

Just follow the plan.. slow and steady... Plenty to do on rest days. Maybe begin to up your rest day exercise, core strength and stamina needs working on alongside these runs :)
