The app doesn’t track them because they’re irrelevant to the programme. This programme will change your life so much, and it’s about getting to 30 minutes of running... that’s the stat it does track. To track you’ll need another app, but please remember the stats they show do not matter one little bit.

Very well done completing run one, it’s not easy.

Strava or Runkeeper are the apps I use to track distance etc

I am a total stats geek when it comes to running, and I wish I had tracked from the start, only did so after graduating. As UnfitNoMore says though, the only truly important thing is to progress through the programme, irrespective of pace, distance etc.

I’m looking forward to seeing my stats from the early ones after this programme... I’ll see where I learned to slow down and then the progress to where I’ll be by then.
