looks like I'll be able to run (slowly) for 30 mins, but unlikely to hit 5k...

The objective of the program is to run for 30 minutes three times in one week.

Whilst "C25K" is a catchy title, it is not accurate. But "C2r430m3xi1w" is a bit of a mouthful.

You don't have to:) You just coast along those 30 minute runs... and enjoy!

I graduated at the end of May, and can now run 5k in around 36 minutes. As a previous non runner I am really pleased with this. So sometimes I do the 5k but most times it's the 30 minutes, and sometimes it's a faster 20 mins. I never beat myself up about not doing or not achieving, as I am now fitter than I have been for a long time and best of all I can now run 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Happy running xx

This programme turns you into a runner.

The average runner, if we go off parkrun times does 5k in just under 30 minutes.

Parkrun has a lot of very established runners.

We end this programme as new runners... that’s great... our lives change... we will live longer... but we’re not going to jump from new to average in a few runs. Don’t worry about the 5k, it will find you soon.

You’re in a very large club there caitng! There are plenty of graduates who don’t run 5k in 30 mins. I’m one of them at the moment. But I keep enjoying my running and I’m improving all of the time! I can run 5k, but not in 30 minutes. It’s not necessarily a goal of mine, but I’m pretty sure I’ll get there one day!! Just enjoy running, I say! Every run is a reason to celebrate! 😉😁❤️
