I am 55 and the last time I ran was at school. Have been anxious about WK4 for some time but just completed WK4R1 and am astonished that I did it and it wasn’t that bad! Thank you to whoever recommended podcasts- listened to the funny Adam Buxton and the time just flew by!! Feeling like I might just be a runner!!
